STEP 04
You Receive Your Referral Reward
After the qualifying purchase has been completed and is not cancelled or refunded, the referring customer receives the applicable referral reward.

- The programme is available to customers who have previously purchased a Synergistic Research fuse from Pinnacle HiFi.
- The referred customer must be a genuinely new Synergistic Research fuse customer and must not have previously purchased a Synergistic Research fuse from Pinnacle HiFi.
- The referral must be identified before or at the time of the referred customer's first purchase.
- Only the referred customer's first qualifying Synergistic Research fuse purchase is eligible.
- Each new customer may be attributed to one referring customer only.
- The 10% new-customer discount applies to the qualifying first purchase.
- The referral reward is payable after the qualifying transaction has been completed and is not cancelled or refunded.
- Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent transactions, and transactions created primarily to obtain referral rewards are not eligible.
- Referral rewards are paid separately from the referred customer's purchase.
- Referral rewards are not refunds of previous purchases.
- No second-level or subsequent referral commissions are paid.
- Participation is voluntary and does not require an additional purchase.
- Pinnacle HiFi may verify referrals and determine whether a transaction qualifies under these conditions.
- Pinnacle HiFi reserves the right to amend or discontinue the programme for future referrals.
